I managed to unlock a PAP2 and upload the Sipura SPA-1001 firmware on this.

Calls originated from grandcentral work fine (Press 1 to accept call works fine).

The issue I am having is when I call 1-800 numbers using grandcentral click to call , and I am asked to select choices like 1 for english or enter digits for pin from the remote IVR, the phone does not send this information over to the other end.

Has anyone faced this situation and found the correct settings to fix this?

I tried various settings from Diggler, but that did not work:

DTMF settings located in the "Line 1" / "Line 2" tabs. There are 3 DTMF configuration options:
DTMF Process INFO
DTMF Process AVT
DTMF Tx Method

I would start w/ the last one (DTMF Tx Method) and see if different settings for that option work. For some VoIP providers though, I need to leave DTMF Process INFO / DTMF Process AVT set to "no" and DTMF Tx Method set to "auto."

Thanks.

Finally got this to work. Thanks diggler.
The following settings worked for me. This may help some one in the future.

DTMF Process INFO: NO
DTMF Process AVT: NO
DTMF Tx Method: INBAND.
