hi guys.... i purchased this Epson cx4400 all-in one printer from best-buy on black friday.
i have hardly taken 8-10 prints.
and the ink is over.
anyone experiencing the same problem .I am thinking of returning it.
any kind of feed back would really help.

Never turn the unit off while any of the lights are blinking, this will cause it to run the ink head charging program each time it is turned back on. (the lights will blink anytime the printer is still processing any info, before after or during a print job - This is the most often encountered problem I find with Epson AIO machines). Also follow the instructions and only leave the printer turned on when you will be using it. If you leave it on all the time the ink will dry in the print heads causing it to run the cleaning program more often or causing printing problems causing you to check the print quality and do cleaning more often.

Also turn off the option to use all of the color inks to make black. If this is left on anytime the black ink gets low it will use the colors together to make black. This uses the color tanks up quickly.

Should your print heads get clogged, turn the printer off overnight before running the head cleaning program, this will allow the dried ink to soften and will make the cleaning much more efficient.
