So I have tried to get the 3 Months of Blockbuster Total Access for $9.99/month, but when I try to checkout it is telling me that my CCID is required. However, there is no location to enter it!

So I went to blockbuster.com, and used the promo code 'family' (that's what was in the http string during a redirect) and it's only indicating 1 month for $9.99.

Can anyone see what is wrong with the page, or if I am missing something?
