Hey Guys,

I ordered something off of snapberry.com today and had never visited nor heard of the site. I did a web search and according to CNet it's legit, and no one had every had problems with it...but I'm still a little uneasy. The item I ordered was at a completely unbelievable price. I don't know if it was just a mistake or what...but I decided, "hey, for that price, might as well give it a shot." When I say unbelievable...I mean exactly that. The printer I ordered costs $250 everywhere else, and I bought it for around $7. I'm pretty sure it was a mistake on their part, but at this point, I'm hoping they'll honor it. I checked the description and all a number of times to make sure it wasn't some sort of random accessory for the printer...but no, it's the printer.

I paid with Google Checkout, just to be safe.

Anyone ever heard/experience anything with this site?

well, the site is down this morning... and if they took your money and ran, at least it was only $7.00....

Looks like everything should be ok. I got an automated email telling me that it was shipped and it looks like it's already at the nearest UPS distribution warehouse. I checked the item on snapberry.com again, and it's now listed for $253.33. Must have been a mistake, but if it's shipped, I guess they honored it.

I would have listed this deal on the internet deals forum, but because I was so unsure of the website, didn't want to put anyone in a risky situation.

The printer I got for $6.46 + $12.10 shipping was the Canon PIXMA ip90v. A $250 printer for a total of $18.56!!!

I have seen many of these deals over the years, yes, something shipped, but it may in fact be an accessory. Check the shipping weight....
