Terms and Conditions

1. Buy ten (10) participating RED BARON® Pizza items using your Stop & Shop Card or GIANT/MARTIN’S/TOPS® BONUSCARD during the promotion period (9/9/07 through 11/3/07) at participating Stop & Shop, Giant-Landover, Giant Food Stores, Tops Markets, and Martins Food Markets to qualify for a free* companion airline ticket.
2. Fulfillment of the purchase requirement entitles the participant only to qualify for the free companion airline ticket. Participant must complete all required steps in accordance with the terms for issuance of the tickets in order to receive a complimentary companion ticket with the purchase of one adult round-trip airline ticket at the coach-class fare at the available fare offered by Promotions in Travel.
3. Award certificate and activated travel voucher may not be redeemed for cash.
4. This offer may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, including but not limited to; upgrades, government fares, tour/travel packages, group, convention/company meetings fares, bereavement, companion fares, senior citizen discounts, corporate agreements, student fares, child fares, travel industry discounts, internet fares, frequent flyer programs or any unpublished programs. 5. Upon receipt of award certificate at check out, you must register with Promotions in Travel by 12/15/07 in order to receive a Complimentary Companion Activation Voucher by mail. To register by mail, hand-print your PIN number on a 3" x 5" card along with your first and last name, complete address (no P.O. 6. Within 14 days of receipt of your registration, Promotions in Travel will send you an activated travel voucher by mail.
7. The award certificate and Complimentary Companion Activation Voucher are transferable prior to making an airline reservation.
8. Both passengers must travel together on the exact same itineraries.
9. Reservations are generally accepted within six (6) months of travel but must be purchased at least 14 days in advance and may require a Friday or Saturday night stay. Maximum stay is thirty (30) days but minimum stay requirements vary. Stopovers are not allowed. Open tickets, open returns, open jaws, and circle trips are not permitted.
10. All reservations must be made through Promotions in Travel. Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Reservations can also be made at http://www.companionbooking.com. Airline participation varies from market to market, so selection of the airline is at the sole discretion of Promotions in Travel based on availability.
11. Complimentary fares apply to the base fare only. The normal required taxes and fees including but not limited to Passenger Facility charges and September 11th security fees will apply to both the Companion Ticket and the purchased ticket. A $9.95 processing fee will apply for each ticket issued. All tickets will be issued via electronic ticketing.
12. Airline fares and pricing changes constantly. Internet fares will not apply. Lower fares between eligible cities may be available. Fare may not be available for all flights/routes/markets. This program is valid on specific schedules and carriers and, at time of booking, is subject to individual carrier’s capacity controls and may be limited/unavailable for certain flights or dates. Service to/from some cities may not be available. Promotions in Travel consultants can determine the most economical fare for a participant’s itinerary.
13. Both the award certificate and the Complimentary Companion Activation Voucher are being offered free of charge as a promotional award only. They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash and are void if copied, raffled, altered or prohibited by law.
14. Once you have paid in full, due to the special cooperative participation of our host airlines, this entire program is 100% non-refundable, non-endorsable, and non-transferable for any reason, medical or otherwise. Name changes are not permitted.
15. Blackout dates for all destinations may apply during seasonal and Holiday periods. Additional blackout dates may apply and blackout dates are subject to change without notice.
16. Schedules, terms, points of service and fares are subject to change without notice.
17. These terms and conditions cannot be modified or waived unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of Promotions in Travel. Promotions in Travel is the final authority on the interpretation of the terms and conditions. This program is void where prohibited by law. This travel award may be distributed free of charge, only by authorized businesses as a promotional device. No refunds shall be provided for any unused portion of this offer. This certificate has no cash value. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Promotions in Travel assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents, other than those included in this offer. Its agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for the airlines and do not, and will not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss, injury, accident death or damage to any persons or property whatsoever on any aircraft or in transit to and from said aircraft, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations, nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, war, acts of God, arising from or in conjunction with services provided.
