1 If approved for an instant account number, you will receive a temporary line of credit in the amount of $1,000 for use at Delta.com. Once you receive and activate your Card, you will have access to your full line of credit for use anywhere the Card is accepted.

2 Cardmember must charge a Delta flight to their Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card between July 1, 2007 and September 30, 2007. One $50 statement credit will be issued for the first Delta purchase made with the Card. Purchase must be made directly through Delta. Credit issued as a Cardmember statement credit approximately 8-12 weeks after your first Delta purchase. To receive statement credit, account must be in good standing and not in default.

3 15,000 bonus miles will be awarded after your first purchase on the Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card in the increments of 10,000 as a Welcome Bonus and 5,000 for this special offer. Please allow 8 to12 weeks after your first purchase for the bonus miles to appear in your Delta SkyMiles account. This offer is valid for first-time Delta SkyMiles Cardmembers only. If you already have or had any other Delta SkyMiles Credit Card from American Express Account(s), you are eligible to receive only the incremental difference between the Welcome Bonus miles offered herein and the amount offered with such other Account(s). You may be permitted to have more than one Delta SkyMiles Credit Card account; however, you are eligible to receive bonus miles for only one Card account. Additional Cardmembers are not eligible.

4 2,500 bonus miles will be awarded to your Delta SkyMiles account in 8 to12 weeks for an approved Additional Card submitted with this application.

5 The annual fee for the Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card will be waived for the first year of Cardmembership. The annual fee will be $85 thereafter. The $85 annual fee will be reduced to $30, provided you maintain a qualified American Express Consumer Charge Card account in your name for which you pay an annual fee. Qualified accounts include but are not limited to the Personal Card, the Gold Card, and the Platinum Card®.

6 Always Double Miles® offer applies at qualifying stand-alone supermarkets, drugstores, gas stations, home improvement and hardware stores, on qualifying purchases at the U.S. Postal Service, on wireless phone bill payments, and qualifying Delta purchases. Offer applies for U.S. transactions only. Not valid in the departments of superstores or warehouse clubs. To pay your wireless phone bill automatically using your Delta SkyMiles Credit Card, please call your wireless service provider. Offer applies to qualifying Delta or Delta Connection® flights taken with the purchase of a fare that is eligible for frequent flyer mileage credit. Offer applies to Delta Vacations® packages but not other all-inclusive packages. In each year of Cardmembership, your miles are limited to $60,000 of eligible spending ($100,000 for Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Cardmembers, unlimited for Platinum Delta SkyMiles Credit Cardmembers) not including bonuses.
