Yeah they are a corn dog...I think they are turkey dogs actually. If you buy a hot dog sans the stick, I believe they give you a Beef dog.

I went at 6pm. 2 people were ahead of us. I don't think too many people knew about it. There was also a small sign about the free hot dog on a stick next to the cash register.
