This is a great site to evaluate mutual funds that you hold and or want to buy.

It is updated monthly. Good way to find out if your fund is a dog using their rating system.

Fundalarm is an awesome website for the news that they post on the first of every month. Gives you all kinds of information on mutual funds...how shareholder friendly their managers/boards are, etc....the information helps you to read between the lines.

I check it on the first of every month, but thats about it.

Definitely long term trends, but it's hard to look at the short term data...

The search gives "FMAGX" as an example and then data is shown as of 2/28/07. There should have been a 4/1 update.....and we're almost into a 5/1 update. It would be difficult for me to look at their data and make a determination on YTD changes

I'll keep an eye out for the news stuff jinju. Thanks for the tip.

I have heard a lot of good things about fundalarm too. I never use it much, but they plugged it a while back on NPR radio.
