Staples usually tags items as 'special buy' if it is not something they normally stock, or is an older product that they've brought back temporarily to sell off at a lower price, not nessarily with an instant or mail-in rebate.

Normal threads get moved to the top of the page when a reply is made. A "pinned" thread is always stuck to the top of a forum. Usually "pinned" threads are one's that are helpful or have some sort of announcement in them. |
