Homemade Root Beer

Made root beer floats today, they were very popular. Thought y'all might like the recipie.
Start with 1 gallon of water. Mix in 2 cups of sugar, followed by 1 tablespoon root beer extract. Mix well. Add 1 chunk dry ice and wait until it stops fizzing; at this point it is carbonated and ready to drink. Pour over vanilla ice cream :-) |
