According to U.S. Rep. Kelly, Pennsylvania provides a $3,500 financial incentive to sell electric cars. I also found,
Pennsylvania Turnpike service plazas to get charging stations, which is good, except it seems anywhere a toll is paid, the cost has or probably will go up.

I just passed 164,000 on the odometer of my current car.
Crossing my fingers that I can keep it running without putting any more money into it.

Any need to install an outlet to charge? Can one do either 115V or 230V?

Word is Fiat/Dodge will soon have a car for sale that >40 MPG.

I just picked up one of these yesterday with rated 51 mpg. I had been getting 14 mpg in my SUV and needed something better. Still kept SUV though.

Any need to install an outlet to charge?

It comes with a "trickle charger" that works with a standard 120v outlet.

The company I work for has installed a few 240v chargers in the parking garage, so that's where I'll do the majority of my charging.

Good to read your employer made that decision.
