got new Dell PC. win 7 64bit. I only use FF but having trouble uploading pics to Shutterfly.

tried to go to IE and it won't connect to internet, says I already have a connection (yes, I do, in the FF window).
I changed Privacy level in IE menu down to Medium.
Never had a problem till I had to get a new PC. bang.gif

on the old XP system I could have FF minimized and still pull up and use IE simultaneously.
what I want is to be able to back up my photos online.

I went to a Win7 forum and other people also have this problem. Some thought it was Chrome, another NOD32. I do not have NOD32 and uninstalled Chrome (there was a shortcut on my desktop but I had never used it).

any ideas? what can I try?

Access Internet Options > Advanced tab. Click the reset button. That will reset IE back to its original state. Please not that this will also delete any saved passwords and the entire browsing history.
