Best way for paypal shipping

I remember a few years ago reading that the easiest way to ship packages is to sell something for a penny on ebay then use paypal to get the postage paid and ship.
I have to do some returns and I'd like to print usps postage the easy way. Can someone explain how to make this work? Thanks! |
